Worked in public practice for over 25 years, as a partner/principal since 1996. Practicing primarily in the small to medium corporate business area in respect of companies with turnovers up to $50 million per annum, inclusive of the Australian subsidiaries of multi-national corporations.

Worked in public practice for over 25 years, as a partner/principal since 1996. Practicing primarily in the small to medium corporate business area in respect of companies with turnovers up to $50 million per annum, inclusive of the Australian subsidiaries of multi-national corporations.
Advising on acquisitions and disposals of businesses to both multinational and local purchasers and vendors, inclusive of investigations into and valuations of such businesses in industries and professions as diverse as retailing, wholesaling, publishing, advertising, manufacturing and property development.
Corporate restructuring for succession purposes and rearrangements for business continuance purposes. Also the financial affairs of high net wealth individuals with a particular emphasis on income tax, asset protection and structuring. |
